General Photo and Video Guidelines
Visitors and Personal Use – No Permit Required
Casual snapshots taken by visitors as memories, souvenirs, or for personal use to share on social media may be taken at any time and do not require any permission or permits. We love seeing all the beautiful photography shared by the community. Please tag us with @DistilleryTO and #DistilleryTO and we may re-share your content.
Social Media Content Creators and Influencers – No Permit Required
Images captured by social media-based content creators (i.e. Influencers) do not require permission or permits, unless content creators are involved in commercial shoots that require a permit (if so, see below). Should content creators wish to ensure site access and other special requirements are met, we recommend notifying The Distillery District management team in advance of your desired shoot date (at least 24 hours in advance) at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that this email address is monitored during regular office hours only.
