THE TREE HAS LANDED, TORONTO! 🏗️🎄🥳 The unofficial start of the holiday season has arrived! Today, #DistilleryTO welcomed a magnificent 55-foot silver fir from Drysdale’s Tree Farm (@drysdalestreefarm) in Mono Township — hand-picked as their most beautiful fir of the season. It’s destined to be the tallest real Christmas tree in the GTA and the dazzling centrepiece of The Distillery Winter Village — Toronto’s iconic Christmas market. This year, we’re proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity GTA (@habitatgta). After the season, the tree will be donated to be used as mulch and reclaimed wood helping support 60 new homes planned to be built in the Greater Toronto Area in 2026. As its branches settle, the two-week transformation begins, leading up to our beloved Tree Lighting Ceremony — when the lights switch on and the city’s holiday spirit officially begins!
