In honour of Canada Day and supporting local this summer, four acclaimed restaurants in the Distillery Historic District – Pure Spirits Oyster House, El Catrin Destileria, Cluny Bistro and Boulangerie, and Madrina Bar y Tapas – are showcasing Canadian-inspired features from June 27 to July 30.
Each restaurant has crafted dishes and cocktails that highlight local ingredients, regional inspirations, and national pride, while still staying true to their global culinary identities. From PEI oysters and Haida Gwaii halibut to Niagara icewine and Ontario strawberries, these menus are a flavourful tribute to the diversity and richness of Canadian food culture.
