OPEN CALL! SEASONAL VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

The Distillery Historic District is seeking seasonal vendors offering unique and artisanal products.
We welcome vendors who are passionate about their craft, who actively engage with our community, and who can speak knowledgeably about the locally made products they create, sell, and produce!


The Distillery Historic District’s 2026 Seasonal Vendor Program runs on select dates from May 15 through October 12, 2026.

Vendors do not need to commit to the full season (May – October). You will be asked about your availability during the application process.

Please ensure that you read our guidelines prior to submitting your application.

Ready to submit?

The Distillery Historic District is keen on receiving seasonal vendor applications from (including but not limited to):

  • Fresh flowers and plants (especially those suitable for condos!)
  • Vegetables, fruits, greens, and grains
  • Seasonal produce including pumpkins, squash, and gourds
  • Handmade and/or artisanal goods

The Distillery Historic District is unable to consider seasonal vendor applications for the following products:

  • Mass-produced products
  • Jewellery
  • Candles
  • Skincare
  • Socks
  • Pet products
  • Pens
  • Fresh and/or prepared food products (sandwiches, ice cream, baked goods, etc.)
  • We do accept applications for fresh produce!
  • Unprepared food products (food cannot be prepared or cooked on site)
  • Coffee (brewed or bagged)
  • Brewed tea

Applications submitted to be a vendor at The 2026 Distillery Winter Village will not be reviewed through the seasonal vendor application form.
