1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for this contest, a participant must be an individual who is 19 years of age or older and be a resident of Ontario.
Employees of The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited, Dream Impact Trust, Dream Office REIT, Dream Industrial REIT & Cityscape Development Corp, its affiliated companies or their respective advertising or promotional agencies and any family members (including spouses and children) of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Each Instagram account is eligible to enter the contest more than once.

2. Contest Period:

The contest begins on October 8, 2021 and ends on October 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter:

(a) Post a photo(s), video(s), and/or reels at The Distillery to Instagram with the hashtag #ExploreDistilleryTO
(b) Follow @distilleryto and tag @distilleryto in your photo(s), video(s), and/or reels
(c) Each photo, video, and/or reels counts as an entry.
(d) The same photo, video, and/or reels cannot be entered by different individuals/accounts.
(e) Photo(s), video(s), and/or reels should be taken within the month of October to qualify as an entry.
(f) Your Instagram account should be public so we can see your submission. Deleted posts and unfollows will lead to immediate disqualification. Please note that Instagram stories posts don’t qualify as an entry.

4. Extra Entries

(b) Share the contest post in your IG stories

5. Draw and Gifts:

A participant whose entry is randomly selected and deemed eligible will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the entry.

The winner will be the individual whose Instagram account was used to enter.

The draw will take place on November 1, 2021. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond by November 8, 2021 to claim the prize.

6. Prize Descriptions:

The experience prize pack is valued at over $1000. The prize pack includes: Scooped By Demetres $100 gift card, Floorplay Socks gift bag of socks valued at $100, Distillery Restaurant Corp. $250 gift card, Deaf Culture Centre x Palgong Tea tea basket valued at $135, Fika Herbal Goods gift bag (branded tote bag, matches, palo santo, and BoySmells KUSH Candle 8.5oz) valued at $98, H2O Float Studio Starry Night Tandem Float for 2 valued at $125, YK Marketta olive oil gift set valued at $160, and All In The Wild matted 5”x7” fall landscape print valued at $50) and a $50 gift card.

The prize must be picked up at The Distillery District Head Office located at 9 Trinity Street, Suite 200. Toronto ON M5A 3C4 and picked up by November 15, 2021 during office hours, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable or assignable except as at the sole discretion of The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp, are not redeemable for cash or other prizes and will be available to the winner only upon compliance with these Official Rules and Regulations, verification of his/her eligibility and receipt by The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp of all required information.

7. General

(a) By entering this contest each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

(b) Though reasonable efforts will be made to correctly identify and contact a winner, The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp may at its discretion disqualify any participants for any reason, including, but not limited to the basis that an entry is ineligible, a contact is unable to be made, an entrant has entered the contest more than the permitted amounts, or The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp is otherwise unable to contact or locate a participant who is drawn for a prize or gift.

(c) The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp are not responsible for replacing a lost prize or gift.

(d) The chance of being selected in a draw is dependent upon the number of entries received.

(e) The prize will be presented to the winner at The Distillery District Head Office unless otherwise advised.

(f) Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements or who have registered through fraudulent means or have provided false or misleading information will be disqualified.

(g) By entering this contest, participants agree to release The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp, their affiliated companies and their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively “Released Parties”), and the shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the Released Parties from any claim, loss, demand, action, cause of action, expense, delays, accidents, injuries or other liability arising from participation in this contest or the awarding, acceptance or use of any prize awarded under the contest.

(h) Decisions of The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp with respect to this contest are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, and procedure.

(i) The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp have the right, at its sole discretion, to make prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of any specified prize for reasons beyond its control.

(j) Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes or gifts not claimed by 5 PM EST on November 15, 2021, will not be awarded.

(k) All winners will be required to provide proof of age and sign an acknowledgment and release confirming contest eligibility and compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Released Parties and shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the Released Parties from any liability in connection with the conduct of the contest or the awarding of prizes before receiving their prize.

(l) By entering the contest, winners and participants agree to allow The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp, and its agents to publish, and/or broadcast their names, photographs, and videos for publicity, advertising, trade, or promotional purposes without compensation other than the prize awarded.

(m) By entering this contest, you consent to receive emails, special offers, electronic newsletters, and solicitations from The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp, the Sponsors, and third-party vendors acting on their behalf. Each email from The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp will provide you the ability to opt-out of future communication.

(n) The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp is not responsible for commencing, continuing, or completing the contest draws or awarding any prize in the event of circumstances beyond the control of The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp.

(o) All draws will adhere to the draw procedures established for the draw by The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp.

(p) By providing personal information with your entry or in connection with a draw prize claim a participant is consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of such information by The Distillery District, Dream Unlimited & Cityscape Development Corp for registration and administration purposes in connection with this contest. The information collected will not be used for any other purposes, and will not share or transfer such personal information that it collects to third parties for their own marketing efforts.

(q) This contest is subject to and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

(r) These Official Rules govern the contest and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other material, these Official Rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
